ID Collection and background checks

All of our guests undergo background checks and ID collection to ensure that we are only hosting professionals who will take great care of the unit they are staying in.

Trust and Safety

Ring cameras are installed at the entrance of each unit monitoring 24/7. Minut noise monitoring inside the unit that detects and alerts us when the noise level is too high. This device does not record sound.

Rental Contracts

All guests sign rental contracts that are approved by the landlord/property management company that we are working with. We also include our own additional guidelines such as quiet hours to ensure our guests are A+ tenants.
